Pick the board for the weight, then the style for the bench.

Two boards

Single wall on Packaging Boxes is described as strong, affordable and versatile. Double wall is manufactured in the UK for heavy, valuable or fragile goods. A bigger single wall carton is not the heavier board.

Measure the goods first. Empty space needs fill. Walls that press on the product mean the size is wrong on either board.

Style is separate

A crash lock is a fast base and a peel-and-seal strip, in 150K/T. A book wrap is a flat E-flute pack. A tube is for a roll. None of those names replaces the choice between single wall and double wall on a deep carton.
